Turbine Gas Meters

The Turbine Gas Meters are robust and designed to perform on the highest level of accuracy. All these meters is the fact they comply with all international standards and are approved for custody transfer even with smallest possible installation length.

The actual flow sensor, an exchangeable cartridge, has a build-in multi stage flow conditioner enabling the meter to be installed with limited straight in- and outlet sections. All tested and proved according perturbation test as per international standards. The cartridge can be pre-calibrated, under both low and high pressure conditions, then exchanged on-site. The cartridge is supported in O-rings and isolated from the body, hence unaffected by any influences of the housing.

FMT-Lx

FMT-Lx

The FMT-Lx turbine gas meter is an extremely accurate flow meter (MID approved for fiscal use by the NMi) suitable for various types of gas at operating pressures up to 100 bar (1440 psi). The integrated flow conditioner minimized the need for straight upstream piping to just 0 x D.

FMT-Dc

The FMT-Dc turbine gas meter is a special turbine meter (MID approved for fiscal use by the NMi) with two independent measurement units in one body. Therefore the performance of the FMT-Dc is equal to the FMT-Lx, but with two separate indexes the meter can monitor itself which prevents unnecessary maintenance.

The FMT-S turbine gas meter is a unique turbine meter (MID approved for fiscal use by the NMi) combining the performance of the FMT-Lx with the size of a Quanto meter. The integrated flow conditioner minimized the need for straight upstream piping to just 1 x D.

FMT-Q

The FMT-Q turbine gas meter is a Quanto meter which is equal to the FMT-S turbine gas meter series, but without the special flow conditioner. This way the meter can not be used for fiscal use, but is with the low pressure loss perfect for internal gas registrations.
